After getting bombarded with mail when we hit the foreclosure list, there was something about Adam’s letter that made me save it. After getting lots of bad advice from realtors and lawyers I decided to call Adam. We were getting close to the wire and were starting to panic. We had done a loan mod a few years earlier and didn’t think we could do another one. Adam said that would not be a problem and he jumped into action. My mother’s home had been in default and the bank filed foreclosure on her primary residence. Anyone in foreclosure experiences receiving many (which is an understatement) letters advertising services to help get you out of foreclosure. I was in a situation where our home was in foreclosure and had a pending sheriffs sale. We were getting all the "it's not to late letters" on a daily basis like everyone talks about. I didn't feel comfortable negotiating with the servicing company/lender directly. I received Adams letter in the mail and for some reason didn't throw it away. I was reluctant to call any of the lawyers or other companies because I imagined it would be very expensive. Something (my gut) kept telling me to reach out to Thor Management Group. I had a tough time getting through to my lender on an extension at the end of my loan term. Lender didn’t reasonably respond for over 3 years. Then they sold the loan as part of a portfolio sale. I got scammed by a person named Roland David of R. I have been going through loan modification with the bank for over 2 years. Then the loan got transferred to another bank that was a lot worse than the first one. At that point, I went to Adam and explained my situation. If it wasn’t for Adam, I don’t know where I would be today. A little about my experience- my house was in foreclosure and a sheriff sale was scheduled.I was running out of time and this had been going on for 5 years now. I tried dealing with the mortgage company/bank myself, but that never resolved anything. My husband had been diagnosed with Cancer and was laid off all at the same time. I was the only one working and taking care of my husband and 2 kids. I received Adam’s letter in the mail when I had given up. 3 years ago I lost my license due to getting a DWI while sleeping in my car. Then shortly after that I had to resign from a position that requires driving as a VP for a large corporation. Not long ago my husband and I almost lost our home. Talking to a friend, she told us about a guy named Adam. She felt that he would be a great fit for us.
